A long-time political strategist, government regulatory advisor, corporate executive and former litigator, Mark focuses his advocacy practice on providing high-level strategic advice and services to clients with needs at any level of government, and key trade/industry associations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Dr. Eleanor M. Green is the Founding Dean of the Lyon College School of Veterinary Medicine. She is Professor Emerita & Dean Emerita of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) and the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP).

Caitlin is the General Counsel for Animal Policy Group, LLC after a highly successful 12-year career as a prosecutor in Seattle and Vancouver, Washington. Caitlin’s Animal Policy Group focus is on the regulatory, legal and legislative challenges and opportunities facing companies, schools, and non-profit organizations in pet and animal health sectors.
Vice President of Government Relations
Katie Jarl is the Vice President of Government Relations. She has dedicated nearly two decades to the advancement of key animal welfare and healthcare policies and initiatives through advocacy campaigns at the local, state and national levels.
Vice President and General Manager
Zen St. Clair manages the day-to-day operations of the Animal Policy Group, LLC, provides business development support, manages client relations and spearheads marketing initiatives. She also worked closely with Founder & CEO, Mark Cushing on the launch of his book Pet Nation.
Vice President of Accreditation and Industry Strategies
Sam advises college and university deans and administrators on all aspects of accreditation and building veterinary programs. She guides projects and strategizes on industry-related initiatives.
Director of Government Relations
Loren Breen is the Director of Government Relations at Animal Policy Group, where she advocates on imperative issues to advance animal welfare and expand access to veterinary care.
Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs
Beth works closely with the Government Relations team as the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist
Carolina tracks legislation statewide and delivers specialized research and materials to the Government Relations team. She works closely with the Director of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs and the Vice President of Government Relations.
Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth Isaacs is a key support member of the APG Team and serves as bridge between departments.
