Carolina delivers specialized research and materials for the Government Relations team, and she works closely with the Vice President of Government Relations and Director of Policy, Research & Government Relations to produce end of month reports for various clients. She conducts detailed analysis of relevant policies, including telemedicine and animal welfare, monitors legislation nationwide, and creates clear fact sheets for advocacy stakeholders.

Carolina earned a degree in journalism with a minor in government from The University of Texas at Austin. During college, she interned at Austin Pets Alive!. After graduation, Carolina earned the title of Government Affairs and Policy Coordinator at Austin Pets Alive!

In her free time, Carolina loves to watch movies, try new recipes and read.
