Zen St. Clair manages the day-to-day operations of the Animal Policy Group. She oversees business development, client relations, and marketing initiatives. She also worked closely with Founder and CEO Mark Cushing on the launch of his book, Pet Nation(opens in new tab).

Zen earned her degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon. She began her career in marketing and event planning in San Francisco, where she worked with technology and investment firms, including Stifel Financial and Blackboard, Inc. She is also a founding board member of the Exploratorium Lab in San Francisco.

Zen lives in Lake Oswego with her British husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
