Hailey provides high-level research for Founder & CEO, Mark Cushing. She works on a variety of specialized research projects for the Animal Policy Group Clients and assists in tracking state and municipal regulatory affairs.

Hailey obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona. She has previous experience with the Arizona State Senate as a Research Intern for the Committee on Judiciary. In Hailey's free time she enjoys hiking, watching baseball, and spending time with her friends and family.
